I was given a 7.6 qt Sunbeam for Christmas and it didn't have any accessories.<br /><br />I'm using it for the first time as I type!! YIKES. I am having to experiment with medium and low heats. unfortunately I have an electric stove and low only keeps warm.<br /><br />Can't wait to try the carrots. I was anxious to try it. Your recipe was its maiden voyage and was fantastic! I threw in some turnips and potatoes, too. The potatoes were a little weird but the turnips turned out great. I made 2 pounds in the PC and used the same amount of liquid and the timing for 1 pound. It was perfect! I did the glaze in a skillet since I had so many carrots.
